The Galaxy Expands | Meet Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500
Samsung must be on Cloud 9 with the success of the Galaxy Series. All the flagship phones in the Galaxy series have been appreciated by the gadget enthusiastic be it the Galaxy S, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3 or the Note II. Not only the flagship phones, but even dual-SIM phones like Galaxy S duos have been moneymaking in the market.
Now, the news is that Galaxy S4 is added to the series and has become a hot topic in the industry. Here is what I think!
A 5 inch HD Screen with a resolution of 1,080 x 1,920 pixels. Samsung used the Super AMOLED technology for its display. One more interesting feature is the ‘Touchless Gesture’. With the help of touchless gesture, user shall be able to use his fingers instead of the S-Pen (used in Note II). The chipset is still a question mark, but few sources say that Samsung would use Exynos 5 Dual processor which will deliver better performance than the previously used by the South-Korean manufacturer. The device comes with 2 GB of RAM and supports all standard connectivity options including the 4G network. Samsung Galaxy S4 flaunts 13MP rear camera instead of the standard 8MP used in S2 and S3. It runs on Android 4.2.2 and has a 2MP rear camera.
The phone was announced in mid-march at an event held at New York. It was also rumored that Samsung is working very hard on the battery life and might provide a 2600 mAh Li-Ion battery.
Samsung Galaxy S4 can also face some strong competition from newest arrivals by Blackberry (Z10 and Q10) and HTC (Butterfly Series) and iPhone 5.
